1. The document should have been authenticated by the Consular Department of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

2. .One fully completed Authentication Application Form.

3. The original and a photocopy of the document to be authenticated(with English and Thai version.It is better to have Chinese version) .

4. The applicant's original passport and a photocopy of the information page of the passport, or original valid ID and a photocopy.

5. If an applicant has entrusted someone else to submit the application on his/her behalf, the original and a photocopy of both the entrusted person and the applicant's valid passport or ID will be required.

6. The Consular Officer has the right to reject the authentication if the contents of the document is against the Chinese Law.

Processing Time

1.Regular service: 4 business days.

2. Express service :2-3 business days.

3. Same day service: Application must be submitted before 11:30.

Fees and payments

1. Regular service: B700 per civil document, B1400 per commercial document

2. Express service : an additional fee of B800 will be charged.

3. Same-day service: an additional fee of B1200 will be charged.

4. Please pay on collection.
